Privacy Policy
Bulk Sports Uploader is a private tool used only by Bulk Sports to publish its own sports videos to its own YouTube channel and its own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside Bulk Sports signs in to it.
YouTube API Services
Bulk Sports Uploader uses the YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled through the YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
What information the tool handles
When the Bulk Sports account owner authorizes the tool with Google, the tool receives and stores:
- an OAuth access token and refresh token, which let the tool upload videos to the Bulk Sports YouTube channel, set their thumbnails and add them to its playlists;
- the Bulk Sports channel's own ID, and the IDs, titles and privacy status of the videos the tool uploaded;
- view and watch-time reports for the Bulk Sports channel's own videos, from YouTube Analytics, so Bulk Sports can see which of its own videos perform.
When the account owner authorizes the tool with TikTok, TikTok provides an access token and a refresh token, plus basic information for that one account (its TikTok open ID and the scopes that were granted).
The tool does not collect, read or store information about any other YouTube or TikTok user. It does not read viewers' personal data, subscribers, comments or messages.
How it is used and stored
This information is used only to publish Bulk Sports' own videos to Bulk Sports' own YouTube channel and TikTok account, to check that an upload finished, and to report on those videos' performance to Bulk Sports. It is stored on Bulk Sports' own computer. It is not sold, shared, rented or used for advertising, and it is never sent anywhere except YouTube's and TikTok's own APIs.
The tool is not a website for visitors: it serves no ads, sets no cookies, and lets no third party place content on or collect information from any device.
Removing access and deleting data
The account owner can revoke the tool's access at any time: for YouTube, from the Google security settings page; for TikTok, from TikTok's app permissions settings. Once access is revoked the stored tokens stop working, and Bulk Sports deletes them and any data the tool stored from that service within 7 days. Stored YouTube analytics figures are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
